Dr. Emily-Anne Hylton was born and raised in Poway, CA where she grew up showing horses and dairy goats in her local 4-H chapter. After completing her undergraduate degree at Boise State University, she attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine where she studied both small and large animal medicine with hopes to provide care for all creatures she encounters. Dr. Hylton is motivated to provide comprehensive client education at every visit so that clients can make informed, confident decisions about their pet’s care. She is particularly passionate about preventative medicine, surgery, and theriogenology.
In her free time, Dr. Hylton loves to play ultimate frisbee, cuddle her dogs and cats, and take care of her small farm; including her horse, Havana, and fancy Nubian dairy goats that she competes with in shows across southern California.
